GENERAL QUESTIONS


Where do I find my card number and security code?
Your card number is the 17-digit number located on the back of your S3 Benefit Card. The 4-digit number under the card number is your security code.
When can I begin using my benefits?
You can begin using your benefits after your health plan coverage starts.
What can I use my benefits for?
You may use your benefits to purchase approved products. Please note that product eligibility depends on your Health Plan’s agreements with Solutran. On checkout, the contents of your cart are reviewed, and some items may be declined if they are not eligible with your Health Plan.
When do I get more benefits? Does my allowance amount expire if I don't use it?
It depends on the structure of your benefits. You can view your available benefit balance, expiration, and rollover details in your welcome materials.
How can I check my benefit balance?
You can check your benefit balance by logging into your account at shop.otcstores.com (registration required) or by using Quick Balance Check option.
What payment forms are accepted by OTC Stores?
At the moment, all OTC Stores orders can be paid using S3 Benefit Card, benefit amount on which is determined by your Health Plan.
What do I do if I forgot my login?
To receive your login, click on Forgot your login? located on the login page, enter 5 last digits of your card number and your date of birth, and we will remind you the login.

PLACING AN ORDER


How can I place an order with OTC Stores?
You can order online at shop.otcstores.com (registration required) or by calling our Customer Service at +1(888)266-0264 (TTY: 711) . Please note that all over-the-phone orders should be made personally by the benefit holder or by an official representative (including, but not limited to: family members, caregivers, nurses, or brokers).
I don't have an email address. How can I order online?
You can register online by using either an email address or a mobile phone number. If you don't have an email address, you can provide your mobile phone number and receive a verification code in a text message.
May I call to place an order?
Sure. Just call +1(888)266-0264 (TTY: 711) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, and our Customer Service team will guide you through the ordering procedure.
What are Call Center business hours?
Our call center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, except for Federal Holidays.
What are your language capabilities?
We speak English, Spanish, and Russian.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, there is a minimum order total value of $35.

ORDER ITEMS


Can I order items that are not listed in the catalog?
Your benefit can only be used for items in the catalog. However, we genuinely appreciate your feedback on the products you want to see in the catalog in the future.
Do you offer prescription drugs?
No. We only offer OTC items and groceries. Please note that product eligibility depends on your Health Plan’s agreements with Solutran. On checkout, the contents of your cart are reviewed, and some items may be declined if they are not eligible with your Health Plan.

ORDER DELIVERY


How do I receive my order? Do you have a store location? Can I pick up my order?
Our current guidelines only allow mail shipment. In-person order pick-up is not available at the moment.
Do I have to cover the delivery costs?
OTC Stores provides free to-the-door delivery for all orders totaling $35 and more.
What is the average delivery time?
OTC Stores is committed to 3-5 business days delivery after the order fulfillment.
Will you deliver to a PO BOX?
Yes, we deliver to PO BOX.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account at shop.otcstores.com, in your order confirmation email or text message, or by calling our Customer Service at +1(888)266-0264 (TTY: 711) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Can I cancel or change my order online?
If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please call our Customer Service at +1(888)266-0264 (TTY: 711) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. If your order has been already processed, we won't be able to make any changes.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
If you have received a damaged package or you are not satisfied with the condition of your items, please contact our Customer Service at +1(888)266-0264 (TTY: 711) or send an email to support@otcstores.com for further assistance.
